Bespoke Bindery Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides handmade, made-to-order book rebinds via this website.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS  
All products are handmade and made to order. As a result, slight variations in materials, colour, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS  
Orders may only be cancelled or amended before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes are not possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS  
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are offered only if an item arrives damaged or defective, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SHIPPING  
All orders include free worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates only. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

REBIND & COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER  
All books sold are independently rebound editions of legally purchased books. These are not official publisher editions and are not authorised, endorsed, or affiliated with the original authors or publishers. All rights to the original text remain with the respective copyright holders. Our work is limited to artistic alteration of the physical book exterior.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Bindery Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
