What is the return policy?
Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item is defective or damaged on arrival. As each book is made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on made-to-order items that are not faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to amend/cancel an order before it goes into production.
Do you accept commissions or offer personalisation?
Yes, we accept custom commission work and can personalise any product you like. Visit the commissions page for more info.
What is a "rebind"?
A rebind is an existing book that has been professionally rebound with a new cover, materials, and finishes to create a unique special edition. The text inside remains exactly the same, while the exterior is transformed into a bespoke, collectible design as shown on the product page.
Our rebinds are artist-created independant editions and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original publishers unless explicitly stated.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will my book look exactly like the photos?
As each product is hand made, there may be slight variations or minor imperfections in colour, texture, or materials. These variations are unavoidable and are what give each hand made piece its own unique character. Such minor variations are not considered faults and do not constitute grounds for a refund. The final design will be as close as possible to the images shown in the listing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once work has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order or amend your delivery address.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are individually made by hand at the Bespoke Bindery in the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs or import fees and/or taxes charged by their country.
