HYPERION, REIMAGINED

Releasing in 2026: A new, reimagined edition of Hyperion and The Fall of Hyperion, handcrafted by Bespoke Bindery in collaboration with Sylvain “Syllo” Lorgeou including a dedicated artbook featuring over 50 original illustrations created over the span of 5+ years plus exclusive unpublished material and never-before-seen artwork.

Syllo is an incredibly talented senior visual development artist and matte painter with over 20 years of experience working on over 50 films in the VFX industry. His work spans major productions including Blade Runner 2049, Superman, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Army of the Dead, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3... where he has contributed to shaping environments, tone, and visual storytelling.

This is reflected in his cinematic approach to this interpretation of Hyperion. Now working as Head of Visual development for a major VFX company, Syllo explained that this work on Hyperion began as "A pretext to practice different skills and explore a vast sandbox, focusing on storytelling and respecting the script, imagining the characters and worlds that are condensed in this incredible series that is Hyperion."
